We, the Gritsch family, live in the house ourselves and, with great attention to detail, rent out a cozy holiday apartment to guests who appreciate peace, nature, and genuine Tyrolean hospitality. Whether you're here for hiking, skiing, cycling, or simply relaxing – you've come to the right place.

Our lovingly furnished apartment offers plenty of space to relax and is ideal for couples, families, or solo travelers. We're happy to give you personal tips for excursions, hikes, or good restaurants in the area.
