Cancellation policy

Cancellation conditions / withdrawal from the contract

• For bookings made through booking portals (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), the cancellation policies specified there apply exclusively. Guests are responsible for informing themselves about the applicable policies.

• For direct bookings (e.g. by phone, email or personal request to the landlord), the following cancellation conditions apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing: – Up to 7 days before arrival: free of charge – From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the total price

Cancellations must be made in writing (e.g. by email).
