for private room rentals

Dear guests, welcome and thank you for staying with us! To ensure everyone's comfort and a smooth stay, we ask you to observe the following instructions:

1. Non-smoking accommodation

Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas. Please use designated outdoor areas. We reserve the right to charge a special cleaning fee for violations.

2. Pets

Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. Please ensure cleanliness and do not leave animals unattended in the accommodation.

3. Kitchen and self-catering

We ask that you leave them clean after use. Please clean used dishes.

4. Waste separation

Please help us to dispose of waste properly and observe waste separation:

• Plastic/metal: yellow bag or yellow bin
• Glass: please collect separately

Appropriate containers can be found in the accommodation

5. Liability & Damages

Please report any damage or defects immediately so we can repair them quickly. The guest is responsible for any damage caused.

6. Key

Please take good care of your key. If you lose it, we will be required to charge you for any replacement of the locking system.

7. Departure

On your departure day, we ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. at the latest (unless otherwise agreed). Please leave the accommodation in a tidy condition.
